These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Nurtured by Nature website (the “Site”) and all products and services offered by Nurtured by Nature, operated by Candace Cook (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to these terms.

Nurtured by Nature offers coaching programmes and digital download products (collectively, “Products”). Coaching programmes are delivered remotely and require an application process. Digital products are delivered electronically via PayHip upon purchase.

All content on this Site and within our Products is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing here constitutes medical, clinical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and should not be treated as such. All purchases are processed through PayHip. By completing a purchase, you also agree to PayHip’s terms of service. Pricing is listed in USD and is subject to change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurtured by Nature shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
